Bible Story

Good Samaritan
Luke 10:25-37

A Samaritan stops and helps a man who has been beaten and robbed, after two other men passed him by.

"The crowds were amazed at His teaching."

ENGAGE IN EVERYDAY MOMENTS TOGETHER

Morning Time

When you go into your child’s room, say: "Good morning! How’s my good helper today?"
 

Drive Time

While on the go, ask your child: "Who are some of our friends?" (Name some people in your child’s life who are their friends.)

Cuddle Time

Cuddle with your child and pray: "Jesus, thank You for teaching us to help others. Help us to see when people need help."
 

Bath Time

During bath time, look for moments to ask your child to help you. (gather things for bath, cleaning up, putting dirty clothes away, etc.) End by saying, "Thank you for helping me. Jesus teaches us to help others."
